Obama Lawyer Admits Forgery but disregards “image” as Indication of Obama’s Ineligibility Damage Control

Obama's lawyer took a different position on the constitutional eligibility mandate, when she admitted that the image of Obama’s birth certificate was a forgery and made the claim that, therefore, it cannot be used as evidence to confirm his lack of natural born citizenship status. She argued that this means it is “irrelevant to his placement on the (New Jersey) ballot”.

 “However, Hill is also essentially admitting that Obama is not a legitimate president and that Obama believes that his illegitimacy does not matter to his legal ability to hold the office. Obama holds to a political tenet, not a legal one with respect to his views on his eligibility. That’s what corrupt, criminal politicians do. When the law convicts them, they run to public favorability for shelter with the hope that their supporters will apply pressure to disregard law in their case.”

Obama is now arguing that because he is politically popular, as he points to as being indicated by his so-called ‘election’, despite accusations of eligibility fraud and election fraud, the constitutional eligibility mandate is not relevant, in his view. Dershowitz blasts Zimmerman prosecution: 'Not only immoral, but stupid' - With ABC News' release of the George Zimmerman photo showing blood flowing freely from his head, the question becomes whether Angela Corey, the prosecutor in the case, had access to the photo before charging Zimmerman with second-degree murder. The arrest affidavit did not mention the photograph, or the bleeding, gashes, and bruises on Zimmermans' head. Professor Alan Dershowitz of Harvard Law School stated upon release of the arrest affidavit that it was "so thin that it won't make it past a judge on a second degree murder charge... everything in the affidavit is completely consistent with a defense of self-defense." After the release of the photo, however, Dershowitz went much further, telling Breitbart News that if the prosecutors did have the photo and didn't mention it in the affidavit, that would constitute a "grave ethical violation," since affidavits are supposed to contain "all relevant information." Dershowitz continued, "An affidavit that willfully misstates undisputed evidence known to the prosecution is not only unethical but borders on perjury because an affiant swears to tell not only the truth, but the whole truth, and suppressing an important part of the whole truth is a lie."

In honor of Earth Day (which is Sunday, April 22)... I always like to repost the true story of the founder of Earth Day - Ira Einhorn - for anyone new to the list that has not yet read the history behind Ira Einhorn... here are the highlights...

The Killers & Kooks of Earth Day - But Mr. Einhorn has another line on his resume. In addition to being a environmental guru, he is the Unicorn Killer. While a student at the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Einhorn dated a Bryn Mawr College graduate by the name of Holly Maddux. When the affair ended in 1977, Mr. Einhorn went into a jealous rage and murdered her." This is a founder of Earth Day. By the way, the Unabomber was an environmentalist as well. So was the Son of Sam. So is the most recently added name to the FBI's top ten most wanted list an environmentalist. But Mr. Einhorn "concealed his crime for 18 months by stuffing Ms. Maddux's body in a trunk that he kept in his apartment. The foul odor of the decomposing corpse coming from Mr. Einhorn's Powelton Village apartment caused neighbors to complain. In 1979, police found the trunk stored in a closet in Mr. Einhorn's apartment... Arlen Specter was Mr. Einhorn's attorney. "He managed to get the bail set at the unheard of amount of $40,000 for the suspected murderer. Only 10 percent was needed to free him. Barbara Bronfman, heiress to the Seagram liquor fortune, paid it... [Einhorn escaped the country with the help of Arlen Specter]... More than a decade passed when the DA's office tried Mr. Einhorn in absentia after being unable to locate him. He was convicted in 1993. Several years after the absentia conviction, in 1997, Mr. Einhorn was located. He was living in France with a new girlfriend -- a Swedish woman. The District Attorney's office in Philadelphia immediately asked to have him extradited. However, the humane French refused to extradite Mr. Einhorn. French officals cited the use of capital punishment in Pennsylvania and the conviction in absentia as reasons for their refusal. Mr. Einhorn was able to convince the French courts not to extradite him until he received the promise of a new trial... He was extradited to Pennsylvania in July 2001. He was tried, convicted and sentenced to life in prison October 17, 2002." We're talking here, if you just joined us, about the founder of Earth Day. But as the writer, Michael Tremoglie, at the Philadelphia Bulletin says, "There is a little mentioned irony about the Einhorn saga. Ira Einhorn was arrested for murder March 28, 1979, the day the Three Mile Island nuclear plant accident occurred. Ira Einhorn, environmentalist, was charged with murder during the same period as one of the greatest environmental accidents in United States history. But the real irony is that more people died in the apartment of Ira Einhorn, co-founder of Earth Day than at Three Mile Island. The environmentalist killed more people than the so-called environmental disaster. Happy Earth Day."

Naturalization push ahead of November election - Hundreds of volunteers are helping qualified immigrants become U.S. citizens in time to register to vote in the November presidential elections. The "Become a Citizen Now!" program seeks to help 5,000 immigrants file applications for naturalization in Massachusetts, New York, California, Florida, Maryland, Oregon, Colorado, Washington, Tennessee, Illinois, Wisconsin and New Hampshire. The National Partnership for New Americans' initiative started in March and has already helped 500 applicants. A separate program by the National Council of La Raza, a Hispanic civil rights and advocacy organization, seeks to register 180,000 Latinos voters. The group has already registered more than 10,000 voters in Florida, Nevada, Colorado, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, California, Texas, North Carolina and online. Let your congressmen know you don't want this... my RINO Congressman Lungren recently sent out an email to his constituents bragging that he wrote a bill that will put the Dept. of Homeland Security in charge of the Internet to "prevent spam e-mails"...the bill will "provide the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with clear authority to facilitate our nation’s cybersecurity -- and require DHS to designate a lead cybersecurity official, develop a cybersecurity strategy and attract and retain skilled cybersecurity personnel"... the bill further authorizes more bureaucracy by establishing "a 13-member private sector board of advisors to assist the information sharing process and monitor the NCCIC"... the NCCIC's role?... authorizes "the National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center (NCCIC) to gather information, coordinate with other agencies and disseminate timely threat information while ensuring this information is protected" Maybe it's just me... but isn't this overkill for a spam e-mail that I can take personal responsibilty for hitting the delete key? After getting this email from Congressman Lungren... I then see this article... talk about fear mongering... nothing happened... the company hung up on the guy... yet it's reason to let the government have control of the Internet?...

A divided Congress confronts a rising cyberthreat - WASHINGTON -- The mysterious caller claimed to be from Microsoft and offered step-by-step instructions to repair damage from a software virus. The electric power companies weren't falling for it. The caller, who was never traced or identified, helpfully instructed the companies to enable specific features in their computers that actually would have created a trapdoor in their networks. That vulnerability would have allowed hackers to shut down a plant and thrown thousands of customers into the dark.

This next article argues that it isn't right for an employer to look through private information... but I disagree with the idea that facebook information is private. Maybe I'm misunderstanding how the Internet functions, but I don't consider ANYTHING on the Internet as private. The reason for the bill strikes me as a back door method to legislate the Internet... and enables stupidity...

The measure, which handily passed the legislature earlier this month, keeps managers from snooping on password-protected content, a practice advocates of the bill say violates privacy and intimidates job seekers and employees... Business representatives, including the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, argue that the bill is bad for business and that requests for log information are very rare. While media have reported a few handful of instances around the country of employers asking for passwords, using third-party software to spy on profiles and requesting that applicants "friend" managers in order to vet their accounts, the practice is not widespread, said Elizabeth Torphy-Donzella, a labor and employment attorney with Baltimore-based Shawe Rosenthal LLP. "I do not have one client that to my knowledge asked someone for their Facebook page and most of my clients would not even think of that," she said. UPDATE: Fan responds - Update: Just received from reader John T.: I was at the Red Sox game yesterday and can confirm the reported booing occurred, mixed with cheers at about a 50/50 ratio I'd say. I think the reason there's no video is because of the timing. The opening ceremony, which lasted about an hour, had officially ended and the game had begun. Most people, myself included, had stowed their phones and settled in for the game. Obama's message was brief, perhaps 10 seconds long, and began to play, I believe, after the first inning or half inning. It took me (and likely most others) by surprise, so there was little opportunity to catch the moment on video. So says the Secret Service after being instructed to investigate the comments made by Ted Nugent at the recent NRA conference in St. Louis. In his vent against Obama and the dangerous tyranny he is unleashing on America, Nugent said he will "either be dead or in jail by this time next year" if Obama gets reelected. Never mind the 1st Amendment, Liberals exploded and demanded Nugent be investigated for using "threatening rhetoric toward the president". But, while the Secret Service was investigating Nugent's nebulous words of frustration, climate alarmist, Steve Zwick, was calling for fellow radicals to track global warming skeptics and "burn their houses down".
