The best way to succeed in life and meet any challenge and that arises is to surround you with people that share your own conservative values and ethics.
'But I don't want to go among mad people,' said Alice. 'Oh, you can't help that,' said the cat. 'We're all mad here.' - Lewis Carroll
About the Editor In Chief
I was born a poor white child in the mid-west, grandson of immigrants from Italy looking for a better life for their families, religious freedom, and flee from dictatorships, socialist government, and tyranny. They asked for nothing from the US Government, except for the god given right to the opportunity to make a living and provide their family with the American dream.
I learned early in life that nothing is free, and that only hard work, sacrifice, perseverance and obtaining an education was the path to securing my future and becoming a responsible citizen of this great nation. Unlike many of the "Me Generation" or other “Welfare Mommas” who feel that they are entitled to a free ride by the government, I worked my way through high school, undergraduate college and graduate school, not taking a dime from any welfare hand-outs, working at times 3 part-time jobs, earning scholarships, and supplementing my living expenses with student loans.
Unlike many of the Millennials, Generation X, and welfare generations, I remember what it was like to live during times when double digit inflation, no jobs, and the economy was in shambles which was a daily fact of life, much of it due to statist policies under the Johnson and Carter Administrations. I thanked the Lord for Ronald Reagan being elected President of the United States, a President with conservative values, and a man of god, to take back our country and to reinstitute conservative policies in support of our US Constitutional rights.
President Reagan put a hard stop to government wasteful spending that put us in this position back in the 70’s. Furthermore, Reagan was a defender of freedom, and did not back down to the cold war threats from our enemies. Just imagine what our War on Terror would be like today, should Reagan be leading this country. I’d bet President Reagan would not be conducting any open negotiations with terrorist governments, nor would he be seen bowing to the Saudi Prince, Emperor of Japan, City of Tampa Mayor, President of China, or any other world or local government leader, now would he?
More to come……
