Source: Silicon Valley Mercury News -- Editor's note:  Having watched the debate last evening, Fiornia clearly out shined and out debated  Babble Boxer.  Boxer had nothing to say about her record except to harp on the fact that Fiornia had resigned from HP in the past. Who really cares?  CEO resign from big corporations all of the time.  Carly Fiornia was tasked by her HP Board to merge HP and Compaq and then cut out the duplications in positions.  What company really needs 2 accounting departments, 2 consulting divisions, etc. This type of merger and acquisition fall out occurs everday in corporations.  This only goes to show Boxer's ignorance of corporate America.  She has never ran a business, let alone a limeade stand.  Ma'am Boxer, tell us details on how you improved the quality of this country and the State of CA?  You cannot, as you were nothing more than a liberal mouth piece for the far left liberals in the State of CA.   And finally below is Boxer's plan to create jobs in California, which creates more deficit spending and more big government regulations.  This goes to show how out of touch with mainstreet America, she really is. 

·         Make California the hub for the new "Energy Economy" (whatever that means – using perhaps new “Obama” stimulus monies?)

·         Punish those companies that outsource jobs via taxes (Want to bet that these companies will just move out of the State of CA completely to avoid these penalties; or companies considering doing business in California will think twice before moving to CA).

·         Build a strong transportation infrastructure (Boxer's big union payoff to her Union Bossess campaign donations)
